1.        What happens to my photos?

Any photos you have provided will be returned to you with your finished portrait.

2.        How long will it take?

I will do everything I can to make the waiting time as short as possible. If the portrait is to be a gift
I recommend placing your order at least 5 to 6 months in advance. Since I cannot predict how many
portraits I may have waiting in front of yours, your portrait could take from 8 to 10 weeks to
complete. I will make every effort to finish your portrait quickly, you'll be notified if the portrait is
taking longer than expected.

3.        What will I receive?

You will receive your portrait unframed. There is just no way I can reliably pick a frame that will
appeal to your taste and fit in with your home decor. I can show you how I frame my
Original Oil
Paintings and if you like the look you may request to have your portrait framed the same way.   If
you do choose to have me frame your portrait there will be additional fees for that service.  Once you
receive your unframed painting it might be best for you to seek out a professional framer. They'll be
able to suggest appropriate frame colors and styles.

4.        Why is my deposit non-refundable?

Painting supplies are very expensive. By paying a non-refundable deposit I know you are a serious
buyer. A portrait that is canceled after it has been started still has some cost. The non-refundable
deposit covers the cost of supplies and my time.
