| Hi! My name is Kary Kidder, I am a Covington, WA, based artist with my own unique style. For as long as I can remember animals have been my passion. While most kids were busy with school activities or hanging out with their friends, I would be in someone's barn hanging out with the horses, farm dogs, and the occasional barn cat. Now I live with 6 crazy pugs, two cats, one cockatiel, and a decent amount of aquarium fish. When I first started painting my pugs were my main source of inspiration. Ironically, many of the paintings that hang in my gallery do not feature any of my pugs. Most of my paintings are of pugs that I've cared for in my house. In the future I look forward to painting many different kinds of animals as I create unique pet portraits for people. Please take time and look around my website.
